All products, including handcrafted salt lamps, rock salt, and custom designs, are provided as per agreed quality parameters between Alfa International and the customer.

Product Quality and Specifications

We ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with the specifications agreed upon with the customer.

Custom designs are developed and produced based on detailed specifications provided by the customer. Any modifications to the agreed design or quality parameters must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

Due to the natural variations in Himalayan salt, minor differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

Order Placement and Confirmation

All orders must be placed in writing and include specific details regarding the product type, quantity, and quality requirements.

Orders are considered confirmed only after written acceptance by Alfa International.

Once confirmed, any changes or cancellations to orders must be communicated promptly and may incur additional charges.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are determined based on the product specifications and order volume and are subject to change without prior notice.

 Payment terms, including deposit requirements, must be agreed upon in advance and stated in the order confirmation.

 Late payments may result in order delays, additional fees, or cancellation at Alfa International’s discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

Alfa International ships products worldwide, and shipping terms are determined based on customer location and order requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Alfa International is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
